CROSSFIT WOD
Pronounced by CrossFitters like “wad,” this is simply the routine you’ll be doing when you hit the box — the movements and the structure of the workout, which changes daily.

These workouts are designed to be done with two or more athletes working together to complete the workout.
SATURDAY MORNINGS AT 9:30
STRENGTH
Breaking away from traditional CrossFit style workouts, this class focuses on the three main compound movements – Bench, Squat, Deadlift. This class is meant to slow down the heart rate and increase your muscle mass. THURSDAYS AT 4pm
OLYMPIC
WEIGHTLIFTING
These 75min classes focus on the two lifts, the snatch and the clean and jerk, which require explosive movement and full-body engagement.

MOBILITY
Tight hips, traps or calves? “Forget” to stretch after every class this week? This class is for you. 55min of mobility – lead by a coach. Use bands, blocks, kettlebells, different poses & hold lengths to open up.
SATURDAY AT 10:35
HYROX CONDITIONING
60min class – think Crossfit without the barbells, get in that much needed Zone 2 work on machines, but also play with dumbbells, kettlebells & skipping ropes. Expect to hear some great tunes, sweat a lot, and learn to get in tune with your heart rate zones.
