OLYMPIC LIFTING

 These sessions are specifically designed and coached by an NCCP Competition Development Certified Nationally Ranked Olympic Weightlifter to improve the two main Olympic Lifts – the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. Each session is 75 minutes in length and is for anyone and everyone – new members and veterans. Each class involves working on technical efficiency with the barbell and eventually working under load.  Again, beginners are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
